On behalf of Soda & his Million Piece Band, Welcome To Our Website!
We haven't yet worked out the interactive thing where you become a virtual member of the band and have to play lots of old-timey half-broken instruments onstage in front of a bunch of screaming drunk people who dance around and try to hit you with bottles and wads of cash while you play, but there's still plenty to keep you busy. Hunt around and see what you can find -- just make sure you add yourself to our mailing list before you leave! Otherwise how will we be able to contact you in case of emergency? We worry sometimes, you know.

ok. I think we all need to regroup and wake up before I can even figure out what happened last night in its entirety. It was a long long long day in the life of the Soda band. Our morning was filled with some exciting field trips and we even found the Coffee Bean. In the afternoon we took on the long trip to Boulder City to play at this weird hotel and ended up playing TWICE last night at 2 different venues and then I think we had a pool party. more on that later. We did take 2 disposable cameras worth of pictures though, so perhaps they will remind us of what happened. I can say that Boulder City is a wierd wierd place and that the Double Down Saloon will remain as our second home in Vegas forever. Thanks to all the people that people that came to both shows last night and made our trip so great. Its 2:30pm now and I think were all awake and have an exciting trip through the desert ahead of us in a few minutes. As we leave Vegas this time it will be with fond memories and full bellies. See you again soon.

We had a looooooooooong night last night. I dont think we even hit the stage until after 1am. It was completely sold out at the Double Down. 150 people, line at the door. It was a hot sweaty mess of a great show and hopefully tonight will be as good. We sold and gave away tons of pins and stickers and cds and had a ball. Our host for the weekend, DC took us all out to breakfast after the show at some diner in some hotel on Freemont street and it was amazing. We got pancakes and sausages and eggs and toast and all this stuff and it was cheap and good.We got back to the house here about 4:30am and passed out. At last count I think there were 14 people sleeping in this house last night. Somehow we gained a person, who wandered in the door a little after 5am and fell to the floor in the living room where she slept til late this morning. So now were all awake and on our way to Ed Romans guitars where we will gawk at the amazing collection of Lita Ford guitars and such. See you all tonight! **Update** Although Ed Romans Guitar shop was HUGE, I have no hesitation in calling them a bunch of assholes. Why have a guitar shop if youre not allowed to touch ANYTHING. Whatever, all they had were pointy 80's guitars and things with gold parts on them anyway. On the otherhand, when in Vegas, make sure you visit Cowtown Guitars. Small shop but great vintage stuff and good people.

We got 500 more stickers in the mail this morning and we also have 3 different kinds of buttons that well start to sell at tonights show. Also Soda made these crazy new CDs for us that are in BOXES of some sort and theyre weird. hard to explain. just buy it. ok see you all tonight at the Doule Down!

Last nights show at the Old Towne Pub in Pasedena was a blast! Thanks to everyone who came and the other bands that played, it was one of the best nights weve had in a while! All of our LA shows are done for the month now. next stop, VEGAS! We have a few days to scramble to make rent, then off to the windy city we go. I know vegas is not THE windy city, but its the best city name there is, and Chicago doesnt deserve it in my opinion. Sorry Soda and family. I went there twice and had bad pizza both times. So, this Friday and Saturday night, if youre not up to anything else, drive the hell out to the Double Down and bring your best mohawk!

The show today at Benway Records was GREAT! We played outside on the sidewalk in front of the store to all the tourists and people walking around the street fair thing that they were having in Venice and got a great response (except from the cops!). We sold all our CDs and made some new fans for sure. I think some people took pictures, and Ill post them as soon as I get them. You havent seen anything til youve seen the Soda Band in broad daylight. Thanks to Ron and everyone at Benway, and we hope to see you all this coming friday at Molly Malones on Fairfax! If you cant make it, we play saturday night too at The Olde Town Pub in pasadena.

well, after the horrible hippie-laden fiasco at the Hard Rock Cafe were looking forward to the next batch of shows coming up. Were playing inside Benway Records this coming saturday at some Venice Beach street fair thing, a rare day time performance. Then next weekend is full, with Molly Malones on Friday night and Old Towne Pub on Saturday night. You can waste all your money on booze and tshirts and once again, Ill say that we have full cd's available, but when you get to the show youll have to track down fayedra to see if thats actually true. ( I dont have one yet!) So we'll see everyone this weekend on rollerskates in their muscle shirts and bikinis wearing $9.99 sunglasses with snakes on their shoulders. (venice beach humor)
