Well, the nice people at Ionosphere made a video for us (without telling us) and its great! But when I went to go check it just now, its not working! So I uploaded it to our server so you can still see it. But be warned, I think its skips right at 4 minutes and 20 seconds. I know this is funny to some of you, but its just a complete coincidence.It needs to be played in Quicktime. ok have fun and SEE YOU TONIGHT!!!!!

see if Cyanide and his new partner El Mongol can take
out the team that has two of the most dominant
wrestlers in the Xtremecore division. Last time
Cyanide fought with Buddy George, he teamed up with
Carnage in a bloody battle that tore the Allen Theater
apart. This match should be just as violent and bloddy
as that match.

Just in case you forgot, WE ARE PLAYING THE WRESTLING SHOW THIS WEDNESDAY!!! YOU HAVE TO BE THERE! Its in Southgate, I know, but seriously... its just not that far away. It takes less time to get from Hollywood to Southgate then it does to Santa Monica, and its about the same as pasadena. Youre looking at a 24 minute drive here. Lets go. Its gonna be fucking rad! Show starts at 7. Not US, but the show. There will be 5 matches, then WE PLAY, then 5 more matches. Thats 10 fights and a band. thats amazing. Did I mention that its ALL AGES?!?! Bring your little brother or just some kid you find on the street. Theyll like it. I promise. So come on.... see you there!!!

oh man.... sorry its been a while since the last update. first and foremost:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATT SPIZER AND BEN LOORY!!!! We had 2 really fun birthday like shows this last weekend and I even got to take Ben out for a birthday piece of meat. tasty, that meat was. And now were all back on track. We have 4 more shows booked before the end of the month, and Im expecting to see ALL of you at ALL of them.

First we have this coming saturday at the good ol ROOM 5. I think its officially our gazillionth time playing there, but for good reason. Lots of other good bands with us on this one too, and its probably cheap or free or something and its right here on La Brea, so NO EXCUSE. And THEN we have next wednesday nights WRESTLING EXTRAVAGANZA which I dont think I need to go into ANY more detail on. I have to say though, that theres a weird bit of uncertainty about this show and its ACTUAL existence lately... so maybe I best check up on that one again.

But anyway, the VERY NEXT night, at Thunderbird Saloon, OUR LAST THUNDERBIRD SHOW, FOR REAL this time. All I know is that theyre closing or changing owners or something.. either way, this is your last chance to hear us play WAY TOO LOUDLY. So.. yeah. go there. And then lastly is our favorite OLD TOWNE PUB in Pasadena. Man, it doesnt get better than that place. So Id go if I was you. cheap beers so I was told. So go to all the shows and come visit the message board section of the site while youre here. Dont be intimidated or angered by the members of the band publicly bickering on there all day and night, its really all about YOU.. yeah.. thats it.

You know what? For those of you who never saw the infamous BEN-Hancement section of our website, its about time you do. In a bout of extreme boredom tonight I went back and re-read it. Its pretty damn hilarious for the first few pages.. then it slows down for a bit and takes back off at the end. 12 pages in all of complete insanity and genius at the same time. Then you have the whole Kevin/Russ 'look how smart I am about booze' thing. Isnt it nice to be in a band with such smart people?

a Miracle! a record! Another practice!! For real. We had another one tonight. and rumor has it that we have ANOTHER one on wednesday. We are going to be too tired to play the shows! Oh well, we sound good to us anyway. The new songs are going to rule. you will like. Also, it seems that we have a MYSPACE.COM account thingy now. Im not sure how that happened, but I guess we need 'friends'. So go sign up or do whatever you have to do. Now if we could only get a group Jdate.com page... Ok, Ill work on it. AND NEW PHOTOS!!! I know it took me long enough, but there are pictures from when we recorded the CD up now!!! hooray! ok, see you in 2 days.

Wow! We kinda had a real band pratice last night. We were missing 2 people, but with this band thats still alot of people. And we really DID learn 2 new songs! And you will hear them. and they are GOOD! great? pretty good! I guess we'll have to unleash them on the 8th, so you might want to be there to see if we fuck them up really bad. Especially Kevin who was too cool to come to practice last night. But anyway... no. it was out first practice in months(?) and I think that these upcoming shows are going to to rule. We also made 6 new flyers yesterday for all the shows, so go walk around LA just about anywhere and pick them up. Ill scan them in for the always-under-construction artwork section. One of these days...

Nick Holle is a genius. Go read the newest review of the band at his site. Its HI-larious. seriously though, its great. I also just updated the Shows Section with all the correct and future dates that we have right now. Dont miss this show on the 8th or the one on the 21st with the WRASTLIN'! Actually, dont miss them all.

Holy CRAP!! We just got back from the Allen Theatre where we went to check out the Revolution X Wrestling since we are supposed to play at the next event. I can not put into words how AMAZINGLY GREAT this show is going to be!!!! They have a HUGE ring right in the middle of the floor and the bands play on the stage behind it. We got there just in time tonight to see the band play, and as soon as they were done... FOXY BOXING. As the night went on they brought out folding chairs, crutches, barbed wire, a VACUUM CLEANER ... all sorts of stuff. If you miss this show on JULY 21st you are a FOOL! So, July 21st, wednesday night, ALL AGES SHOW at the Allen Theatre in Southgate. Its only about 20 minutes outside of LA and about 25 minutes north of OC. And on the 28th, same place.. Record Release Party for our new cd! This show WILL sell out, so make sure you get tickets. Ok.. see you on the 8th.
