On behalf of Soda & his Million Piece Band, Welcome To Our Website!
We haven't yet worked out the interactive thing where you become a
virtual member of the band and have to play lots of old-timey
half-broken instruments onstage in front of a bunch of screaming drunk
people who dance around and try to hit you with bottles and wads of
cash while you play, but there's still plenty to keep you busy. Hunt
around and see what you can find -- just make sure you add yourself to
our mailing list before you leave! Otherwise
how will we be able to contact you in case of emergency? We worry
sometimes, you know.

The fancyness of the news makes up for it being so late:
 The band will be playing at the Santa Monica Summer SOULstice (their caps) tomorrow during the day before rushing to Downey to play the Anarchy Library. See the shows list for details. This just in! Soda & his Million Piece Band have been nominated for a 2005 LA Weekly Music Award! It's in the "Best New Genre/Uncategorizable Artist" category, which is everyone's favorite category, right? Right! Apparently it's between us and Rose For Bohdan, Jon Hassell, Lydia Lunch, and Steve Roden. Don't know who any of these people are, but we hope they suck so we win. As to WHAT we win if we win, our hope is A MILLION BILLION DOLLARS! Cause Soda needs a new pair of shoes! And he has expensive tastes. Seriously, though, it's an honor to be nominated, and we're sure all those other nominees are really good and just as deserving of the trophy as we are. Of course, when I say "the" trophy, I really mean "our" trophy. JOKE! It's a JOKE!!!
